Stacy is a local business owner, entrepreneur, and faith-driven leader with more than 25 years of experience in sales, customer service, operational leadership, business management, and team development.
After decades of helping build large corporate businesses, God began stirring a new calling in her heart—to use those same skills to help grow the Kingdom instead of a corporation.
That passion led to the development of Sheep n Fish Fellowship, a startup nonprofit ministry currently in Phase One of growth and development.
Stacy believes she has been called to help bring the Body of Christ together through fellowship, encouragement, kindness, and authentic community connection. Her mission is simple: create spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, spiritually encouraged, and reminded that they are not alone.
As Sheep n Fish Fellowship grows, the prayer is that hearts will be touched, roots will deepen in faith, and lives will be renewed through the love of Jesus Christ.
In 2020, during quarantine and the isolation that so many experienced, God planted a seed of passion in my heart.
Like many people, I was suddenly working from home with limited connection to others and very little opportunity for real fellowship. One evening around 7 PM, I found myself driving around Northwest Arkansas searching for an open church—just hoping to see lights on and cars in the parking lot.
I needed community.
I needed encouragement.
I needed somewhere to belong that wasn’t inside my house.
But the only places open were bars and restaurants.
I remember sitting alone in my car in an empty church parking lot, listening to worship music and praying through tears. I asked God why there weren’t more places for people to gather in faith, encouragement, fellowship, and connection like there had been when I was younger.
That night, God began placing a vision in my heart:
Create the kind of place you’ve been praying for.
I didn’t know how all the pieces would come together, but I felt God asking me to take a step of faith and trust Him with the rest.
And He has been faithful.
God has continued to guide me to the right people, the right opportunities, and open doors along the way. Through every season, He has reminded me that ministry starts with obedience, compassion, and simply being willing to say “yes.”
As Sheep n Fish Fellowship continues to grow, our prayer is that we establish strong roots, bear good fruit, and become a light in our community—bringing hope, kindness, encouragement, and the love of God throughout Northwest Arkansas and beyond.
We believe God still changes lives.
We believe fellowship matters.
And we believe no one should have to walk alone.
🌿 Rooted in Truth. Renewed in Purpose.
